- Ingredients

- dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup nuts
Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
