Crab Stuffed Peppers recipe

|500 g||crabmeat, drained|
|2||green onions, chopped|
|1||plum tomato, chopped|
|1 tbsp||fresh basil, minced|
|2 tsp||lemon juice|
|2 large||red bell peppers, seeded, cut into half|
Prepare crabmeat mixture at least 8 hours ahead.
Combine crabbmeat, onions, tomato and basil in a bowl and toss to combine. Stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Cover and chill.
Spoon crab filling in pepper halves and serve.
