Crab Stuffed Peppers recipe

Ingredients
500 g | crabmeat, drained |
2 | green onions, chopped |
1 | plum tomato, chopped |
1 tbsp | fresh basil, minced |
200 g | mayonnaise |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
2 large | red bell peppers, seeded, cut into half |
Instructions
Prepare crabmeat mixture at least 8 hours ahead.
Combine crabbmeat, onions, tomato and basil in a bowl and toss to combine. Stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Cover and chill.
Spoon crab filling in pepper halves and serve.
