Crab dip recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | crabmeat, fresh |
½ | apple, crisp, peeled, finely diced |
2 tbsp | wholegrain mustard |
7 tbsp | mayonnaise, homemade |
2 | spring onions, peeled, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | coriander leaves, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | lemon juice, fresh, or more (to taste) |
salt, to taste | |
pepper, freshly ground, to taste |
Instructions
Place the crabmeat in a bowl. Stir in the spring onion, apple and coriander. Add mustard and mayonnaise.Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.
Chill for 30 minutes in the refridgerator.
Always use fresh crabmeat and homemade mayonnaise for the best flavour.
Serving suggestion:Serve with green salad leaves and spread on baguette or crackers.
