Couscous with feta and tomato sauce recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | crumbled Feta cheese |
2 large can(s) | tomatoes, puréed |
300 g | couscous |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
curry powder |
Instructions
Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packet.In a saucepan, cook the tomatoes over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the Feta cheese and stir, until the cheese has melted. Stir in the chives, parsley and couscous.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry powder. Let rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
