Ingredients
300 g | couscous |
2 tsp | instant vegetable stock |
300 ml | boiling water |
250 g | cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 bunch(es) | spring onions, finely sliced |
salt | |
cayenne pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, pour the boiling water over the couscous and stir in the instant stock. Allow to soak for 10 minutes.Add the tomatoes and the onions and toss. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
