Country baked eggs recipe

- 1-1/2 hard boiled eggs per person
- tomatoes, chopped
- sliced mushrooms
- chopped green pepper
- chopped red pepper
- chopped green onion
- shredded cheese
Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolk side up in greased dish. Cut enough vegetables (above) to cover eggs. Cover eggs and vegetables with basil and cheese. Make enough hollandaise sauce to cover eggs, vegetables, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is slightly golden. Remove and serve!
