Ingredients
12 large eggs
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine/butter, melted
8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add melted margarine or butter, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, and flour. Pour into baking dish and bake for 45 to 60 minutes until puffed and golden brown. (The center of the dish will appear slightly firm when the dish is done). Cut into 12 portions and serve with link sausage. Will hold in warm oven for up to 30 minutes. Can be made into individual casseroles for one or two, but adjust baking time and reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
