Cottage cheese pancakes recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon flour for each egg
- 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
Separate eggs. In one bowl mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, lemon juice and flour. In separate bowl whip egg whites till firm. Fold the two mixtures together and cook as regular pancakes. Serve immediately with sour cream and fruit.
