Cole Slaw recipe
- 1/2 pound shredded/grated carrots
- 1/2 small head green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 small head purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 Tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 Tablespoons seasoned salt
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Serve well chilled.
Serving Suggestion: Great side dish for Jerk Meats.
