Ingredients
4 | hard boiled eggs, yolks only |
1 tsp | mustard |
salt and pepper | |
1 pinch(es) | sugar |
1 dash(es) | lemon juice |
125 ml | oil |
2 tbsp | chives, chopped |
Instructions
Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Stir in the mustard. Stir in the oil drop by drop. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Stir in the chives.Serve with fish or cold meat.
