Cod in Asparagus Wine Sauce recipe

|900 g||cod fillet|
|125 ml||white wine|
|125 ml||cheese, grated|
|½ tsp||Dijon mustard|
|salt and pepper|
Butter an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and place in dish.
Mix asparagus water, 125ml cream and white wine and poor over fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
Serve with the asparagus that has been heated in 250ml cream mixed with mustard,
