Coconut vanilla panna cotta recipe details
Ingredients
1 | vanilla bean |
225 ml | coconut cream |
250 ml | cream |
30 ml | water |
85 g | caster sugar |
1 ½ tsp | gelatine powder |
Instructions
Split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Place the bean and seeds in a saucepan with the coconut cream, cream and sugar. Heat gently, stirring until cream mixture is just below boiling point. Stir in the gelatine, whisk very well until dissolved and remove from heat.Strain the milk mixture and pour into serving glasses. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
