Ingredients
250 g | shrimps, peeled |
½ tbsp | roasted coriander seed |
1 piece(s) | fresh ginger, shredded |
1 sprig(s) | basil, finely chopped |
300 ml | coconut milk |
300 ml | chicken stock |
1 sprig(s) | lemon grass |
3 clove(s) | garlic |
½ | lime, zest |
¼ | hot pepper, seeded |
Instructions
Bring all ingredients to a boil except for shrimp and basil.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil.
