Coconut rice pudding recipe details
Ingredients
240 ml | milk |
100 g | rice |
120 ml | water |
240 ml | coconut milk |
½ tsp | vanilla |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Place rice, milk, coconut milk, water and vanilla in saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir frequently.Add sugar and mix well. Cook for about 1 to 2 more minutes.
Serve topped with tropical fruit.
