Ingredients

400 ml	coconut milk
600 g	milk
180 g	pudding rice
1 pack(s)	vanilla sugar
80 g	sugar
500 g	strawberries, sliced
80 g	icing sugar

Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the milk and the coconut milk to a boil. Add the rice and bring to the boil again. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar and cook for 5-10 more minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the strawberries and the icing sugar. Serve the strawberries with warm or cold rice pudding.
