Coconut Pineapple Sauce recipe

|150 g||brown sugar|
|200 g||canned pineapple chunks|
|40 g||shredded coconut|
Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring, until butter is melted and blended with sugar.
Drain syrup from pineapple and add enough water to make 120 ml. Add to first mixture and bring to a boil.
Add pineapple chunks and coconut and cook on a aimmer for about 4 minutes.
