Coconut chocolates recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | white chocolate |
30 g | butter |
30 g | coconut oil |
125 g | single cream |
4 tbsp | whipping cream |
desiccated coconut |
Instructions
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with butter, coconut oil and 125g of cream over a hot water bath. Then put for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.Whisk the cold mixture with 4 tablespoons of cream until smooth. Shape into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for an hour.
Roll the balls in desiccated coconut, place into chocolate paper cases and store in a cool place.
