Creamy Chocolate Pudding recipe

|6 tbsp||granulated sugar|
|340 ml||evaporated milk|
|1 tbsp||vanilla extract|
Combine cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt in a medium saucepan. Add evaporated milk and water; whisk to blend. Cover and heat over medium heat, whilst stirring constantly.
Keep stirring until pudding thickens and be careful not to bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract.
Serve warm or cold.
