Ingredients
800 g | minced beef |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | tomato paste |
2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp | dried oregano |
2 tsp | dried basil |
2 tbsp | double cream |
60 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
120 ml | raspberry jam |
240 ml | chunky hot salsa, jarred |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil.Combine all ingredients, except rasberry jam, in a bowl and mix together. Form into 2 cm large meatballs and place on baking tray, making sure they are not touching.
Bake 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Heat jam and salsa in a small saucepan until heated through. Toss cooked meatballs with salsa until well coated.
