Ingredients

800 g minced beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium egg, beaten
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp double cream
60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
120 ml raspberry jam
240 ml chunky hot salsa, jarred
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil.

Combine all ingredients, except rasberry jam, in a bowl and mix together. Form into 2 cm large meatballs and place on baking tray, making sure they are not touching.

Bake 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Heat jam and salsa in a small saucepan until heated through. Toss cooked meatballs with salsa until well coated.
