Marinade for beef, pork, and chicken.
Ready in: 20 mins
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins
1. Blend liquids, add garlic.
2. Marinate beef for 8 hours, chicken for 24 hours, or pork for 18 hours.
