Clam beer appetizers recipe details
Ingredients
8 tbsp | butter |
30 g | bread crumbs |
60 ml | beer |
1 small | onion, minced |
4 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, minced |
1 tsp | basil |
½ tsp | dried oregano |
½ tsp | rosemary |
⅛ tsp | red pepper |
350 g | clams, minced, drained |
90 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
36 | baguette slices |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line baking sheets.Combine butter, bread crumbs, beer, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix thoroughly.
Stir in clams and mix well.
Spread clam mixture on toasted baguette slices and then bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
