Ingredients
Makes: 4 tablespoons- 1/4 cup finely ground espresso or strong coffee beans
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. In a small bowl, combine coffee, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Use to season meats and vegetables before grilling.Note
