Cinnamon blintzes recipe

- 2 loaves bread, thinly sliced
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 to 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Trim the crusts from the bread. Combine the cream cheese, egg yolks, and sugar. Spread the mixture on the bread and roll up. Mix together the margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon; roll in the bread mixture. Bake on a greased baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. This is really delicious!
