Cinnamon apple puffed pancakes recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- cinnamon
- sugar
Spray two 5-inch ramekins with cooking oil. Place 1 Tablespoon of butter in bottom of ramekin and melt in oven. Put combined ingredients in ramekins and top with 4 slices apple, peeled and cut, tossed with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 20 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve. Serve with bacon or sausage and maple syrup.
