Joanne’s Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie recipe

- 1 large cooked pie crust, either pastry or cookie crumb
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Combine softened ice cream with peanut butter until blended. Place in prepared shell, being careful not to break up crust. Re-freeze at least eight hours, preferably overnight. You may serve this plain or with whipped cream, chopped nuts, fudge sauce, or any combination thereof.
