Ingredients

70 g sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
⅛ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
240 ml apple cider
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutemeg in a heavy saucepan. Stir, gradually add apple cider and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat, stir until sauce thickens and then remove from heat.
