70 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
⅛ tsp | cinnamon |
⅛ tsp | nutmeg |
240 ml | apple cider |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutemeg in a heavy saucepan. Stir, gradually add apple cider and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat, stir until sauce thickens and then remove from heat.Preparation time:
