Ingredients

2	ciabatta breads, halved
200 g	smoked pork loin, in thin slices
	salt and pepper
2 tbsp	ketchup
100 g	mayonnaise
	Worcester sauce
	sugar
2	bell peppers, red and yellow, diced
1	red onion, thinly sliced
½ head(s)	romaine lettuce, leaves separated
1 tbsp	balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp	olive oil
1 small	cucumber, peeled and sliced
4	radishes, trimmed and sliced

Instructions

Whisk the vinegar with salt, pepper and the oil. In a bowl, combine the bell peppers, cucumber, onion, radish and lettuce. Add the dressing and toss.

In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup. Season to taste with Worcester sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.

Spread the bread halves with the sauce and arrange the pork on the lower halves. Spread the salad on top and cover with the upper halves of the Ciabatta breads. Cut each in two and serve.
