Ingredients
1 pack(s) | chocolate lebkuchen (gingerbread), finely chopped |
1 glass(es) | sour cherries |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
400 ml | cream |
100 ml | cherry brandy |
Instructions
Whip cream until solid and sweeten with vanilla sugar.In a medium-large bowl place the chopped lebkuchen as a first layer. Sprinkle with about 1/4 of the cherry brandy.
On top place the sour cherries and coat with cream so that the cherries are completely covered.
Repeat this until you have 3-4 layers and decorate the last layer with cream, cherries and some lebkuchen crums on top.
