Christmas at the beach kingclip with yoghurt sauce recipe details
Ingredients
4 large | kingclip fillet, (ling for the Australians) appr. 250g each |
some | salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
75 g | butter, melted |
For the Yoghurt Sauce | |
200 ml | yoghurt, plain |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 pinch(es) | basil, dried |
some | salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce and chill.Season the fish fillets, brush fillets with melted butter and grill on an oiled grid over medium charcoal for 12-15 minutes.
Serve fish with yoghurt sauce.
