Chocolate Zucchini Tea Cake recipe

- Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups nuts (preferably pecans)
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 teaspoons orange peel, grated
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Hershey’scocoa
- 1-1/2 sticks margarine or butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions:
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
