Ingredients
For the batter: | |
200 g | sugar |
250 g | flour |
150 ml | milk |
150 ml | oil |
2 tbsp | cocoa powder |
1 sachet | baking powder |
2 sachet | vanilla powder |

To moisten: | |
150 ml | milk |
3 tbsp | sugar |
For the glaze: | |
30 g | butter |
3 tbsp | milk |
100 g | chocolate, chopped |
Instructions
In a bowl combine the ingredients for the batter and stir until well combined. Spread the batter onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 180° C for 25-30 minutes.In a saucepan bring the milk with the sugar to a boil. Drizzle the hot cake with the milk mixture. Allow to cool completely.
In a saucepan melt the butter and chocolate with milk. Brush the cake with the chocolate glaze. Allow to dry before serving.
