Ingredients
500 g | bitter chocolate |
120 g | butter |
200 g | sugar |
2 medium | eggs, separated |
¼ tsp | salt |
5 tsp | vanilla |
50 g | flour |
60 g | pecans, chopped |
Instructions
Melt chocolate with butter and the sugar. Stir well.In a separate bowl beat the egg whites with the salt. Stir in the egg yolks into the chocolate mix. Then add the whites. Add vanilla, flour and fold in the nuts.
Bake at 150°C for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into slim sticks.
