Ingredients
100 g | milk chocolate chips |
2 sheet(s) | gelatine, unflavoured |
2 medium | eggs, separated |
50 g | sugar |
50 g | white chocolate chips |
grated chocolate, for garnish |
Instructions
Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.Soak the gelatine in cold water.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl. In another bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff.
Melt the white chocolate and combine with the gelatine. Combine melted white chocolate with the yolks and then the egg whites, whilst stirring. Add the melted milk chocolate and stir to combine.
Fill individual serving dishes with the mousse and sprinkle with grated chocolate, if desired. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
