Chocolate/Cherry Pie Cake recipe
- Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix (add 2 Tablespoons flour for high altitude)
- One 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Mix ingredients well with heavy spoon (not electric mixer). Flour bundt pan or oblong cake pan (avoid layer pans). Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes. Dust lightly with powdered sugar after removing from pan.
