Ingredients
100 g | chocolate (70% cocoa) |
100 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
30 g | flour |
3 large | eggs |
1 pinch(es) | salt |

Instructions
Grease six ceramic ramekins with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Put them for about 1 hour in the freezer and remove them just before use.Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt butter in a double boiler.
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C fan.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until foamy.Stir in the flour and then stir in the liquid chocolate butter-mass.
Remove the ice-cooled molds from the freezer and spread the mixture in them evenly. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200°C.
Serve while still hot. The core should still be liquid! I like to serve it with ice cream.
