Ingredients
200 g | semisweet chocolate chips |
500 g | silken tofu |
4 large | ripe bananas |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
4 tbsp | brown sugar |
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwave at a low power.Place the tofu and a handful of banana chunks in a blender and puree until smooth. Gradually add the remaining banana, vanilla extract and sugar and make sure that all additions are blended well.
Once the chocolate has melted pour in the chocolate into the blender scraping in every last bit. Puree one more time until very smooth and then transfer the mousse to a container or to individual serving dishes.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
