Choc au rum recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | chocolate chips, semisweet |
3 large | eggs, separated |
1 tbsp | rum |
120 ml | whipping cream, lightly whipped |
Instructions
Melt chocolate in double boiler. In a separate bowl beat egg yolks and add the rum. Stir. Add into into melted chocolate. Stir again.In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Stir in lightly whipped cream.
Fill into little serving bowls and serve warm or chilled.
