Ingredients

2  chicken breast, cut in stripes
1  celery, about the size of a man“s fist, cut into cubes
2 medium carrots, cut in slices
¼ head(s) cabbage, shredded
2 medium onions, cut in quarters
100 ml soy sauce
50 ml maple syrup
1 medium lemon
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1 pinch(es) chili powder
50 ml pineapple juice
salt and pepper, to taste
some soy oil

Instructions

Cut chicken breasts and place in a dish.

Cut the vegetables and mix with the chicken. Heat oil in a wok to very hot, place vegetable/chicken mixture into the wok and cook for 5 minutes stirring all the time.

Add soy, maple syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice and spices and cook for 1 more minute. Serve with rice.

Tip:: can also be prepared in a dutch oven (heavy cast iron pot), outdoor on a grill.
