Banana praline muffins recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup broken pecans
- 3 bananas – ripe
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon. baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar and sour cream; stir in pecans and set aside. In a large bowl mash the bananas; add the egg, sugar and oil and beat well. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients into the banana mixture and stir until just moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins and top with spoonful of pecan mixture. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. To save time in the morning, measure and mix dry ingredients the night before. Store covered on kitchen counter.
