Ingredients

30 g lean pork, thinly sliced
3 tbsp bamboo shoots, cut in thin stripes
½ stalks leek, thinly sliced
1 large dried Chinese black winter mushroom
2 tbsp peas, cooked
700 ml chicken stock
1 tsp sherry
some soy sauce
½ tsp glutamate
1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

Soak the mushroom in warm water for 20 minutes. Remove the stalk and cut the mushroom in stripes

In a saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add the pork, leek and sherry and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the bamboo, mushroom and peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce and glutamate. Cook another 1-2 minutes.

Add the sesame oil and serve in small bowls.
