Chinese pork soup with leek recipe details
Ingredients
30 g | lean pork, thinly sliced |
3 tbsp | bamboo shoots, cut in thin stripes |
½ stalks | leek, thinly sliced |
1 large | dried Chinese black winter mushroom |
2 tbsp | peas, cooked |
700 ml | chicken stock |
1 tsp | sherry |
some | soy sauce |
½ tsp | glutamate |
1 tsp | sesame oil |
Instructions
Soak the mushroom in warm water for 20 minutes. Remove the stalk and cut the mushroom in stripesIn a saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add the pork, leek and sherry and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the bamboo, mushroom and peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce and glutamate. Cook another 1-2 minutes.
Add the sesame oil and serve in small bowls.
