|1||turnip, peeled and sliced|
|1 glass(es)||mushrooms, sliced|
|1 large can(s)||peas, drained|
|2 slice(s)||ham, diced|
InstructionsCook the noodles until done.
In a wok, fry the turnip over medium heat in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms, peas and ham and cook for 5 more minutes.
Toss the noodles in the mixture. Season to taste with pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Beat in the egg and stir-fry until the egg is set.
