Ingredients

2 pack(s) Chinese noodles
1  turnip, peeled and sliced
1 glass(es) mushrooms, sliced
1 large can(s) peas, drained
2 slice(s) ham, diced
1  egg
pepper
soy sauce
oyster sauce
peanut oil

Instructions

Cook the noodles until done.

In a wok, fry the turnip over medium heat in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms, peas and ham and cook for 5 more minutes.

Toss the noodles in the mixture. Season to taste with pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Beat in the egg and stir-fry until the egg is set.
