Ingredients
2 pack(s) | Chinese noodles |
1 | turnip, peeled and sliced |
1 glass(es) | mushrooms, sliced |
1 large can(s) | peas, drained |
2 slice(s) | ham, diced |
1 | egg |
pepper | |
soy sauce | |
oyster sauce | |
peanut oil |
Instructions
Cook the noodles until done.In a wok, fry the turnip over medium heat in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms, peas and ham and cook for 5 more minutes.
Toss the noodles in the mixture. Season to taste with pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Beat in the egg and stir-fry until the egg is set.
