Chinese noodles with mince sauce recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | noodles |
300 g | beef mince |
1 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
150 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | onion, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
chili powder | |
soy sauce | |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Cook the noodles in salted water.Season the beef mince with salt, pepper, paprika powder and chili powder.
In a saucepan or wok, heat the oil. Stir-fry the beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Stir in the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 more minutes.
Stir in the cooked pasta. Season to taste with soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika powder and chili powder.
