|300 g||beef mince|
|1 stalk(s)||leek, sliced|
|150 g||mushrooms, sliced|
|salt and pepper|
InstructionsCook the noodles in salted water.
Season the beef mince with salt, pepper, paprika powder and chili powder.
In a saucepan or wok, heat the oil. Stir-fry the beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Stir in the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 more minutes.
Stir in the cooked pasta. Season to taste with soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika powder and chili powder.
