Ingredients
500 g | beef filet, cut into small stripes |
6 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
1 tbsp | sugar |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | chicken powder for broth |
2 tbsp | rice wine |
2 piece(s) | onion, cut into small stripes |
some | oil |
some | parsley, for decoration |
Instructions
Mix the cut beef with all ingredients except the onion, oil and parsley. Let it marinate for 2 hours.Heat the oil and fry the onion. Now turn the heat up and add the meat with the marinade and garlic in it. Quickly toss and fry.
Put on a plate and decorate with parsley. Serve with rice.
