Ingredients

500 g beef filet, cut into small stripes
6 clove(s) garlic, mashed
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chicken powder for broth
2 tbsp rice wine
2 piece(s) onion, cut into small stripes
some oil
some parsley, for decoration

Instructions

Mix the cut beef with all ingredients except the onion, oil and parsley. Let it marinate for 2 hours.

Heat the oil and fry the onion. Now turn the heat up and add the meat with the marinade and garlic in it. Quickly toss and fry.

Put on a plate and decorate with parsley. Serve with rice.
