Chinese fried rice recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | Chinese rice, cooked |
100 g | shrimps, peeled |
150 g | Chinese dry sausage or bacon |
1 medium | egg |
1 small | tin of peas and carrots |
handful | spring onions, chopped |
some | oil |
Instructions
Heat some oil in a wok and add the mixed egg, beat with a fork and set aside as soon as cooked.Now add the chopped sausage (or bacon) to the wok and fry till crisp. Set aside.
Add some oil to the wok and add rice, fry for 6 minutes, mixing it, so it will not burn.
Now add the peas and carrots, then the shrimps and fry until warmed up. Add the egg and the spring onion and serve.
