Chilies and eggs with cheese recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- One 4-ounce can chopped chilies
Beat eggs with flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Stir in cottage cheese and melted butter. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Add grated cheese; top with chopped chiles. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
