Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chili, onion, and garlic. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Top each plate of pasta with chili mixture, leaving a 1/4 inch border of uncovered noodles all around.
4. Top the chili mixture with Cheddar cheese, then top with a dab of sour cream in the center of each plate.
5. Garnish the border of uncovered spaghetti noodles with a thin ring of looping ketchup all around.
