Chili Potato Wedges recipe

|4||potatoes, cut in wedges|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|1 tbsp||chili powder|
|1 tsp||salt and pepper, to taste|
|¼ tsp||garlic powder|
|2 tbsp||vegetable oil|
Combine the onion, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
Cut each potato into eight wedges and place in the bag. Shake to coat.
Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in a greased baking pan or on baking paper. Drizzle wedges with oil and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for further 15 minutes until crisp.
