Chili potato wedges recipe details
Ingredients
4 | potatoes, cut in wedges |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | chili powder |
1 tsp | salt and pepper, to taste |
¼ tsp | garlic powder |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
Instructions
Combine the onion, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.Cut each potato into eight wedges and place in the bag. Shake to coat.
Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in a greased baking pan or on baking paper. Drizzle wedges with oil and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for further 15 minutes until crisp.
