Creamy, spicy and above all, easy nachos. Ready in just 15 minutes, so you could make these suckers during halftime. Inspired by kaitiura’s “Simple Chili Cream Cheese Dip.”

Ingredients

Serves: 6

• 1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips
• 1 (16 ounce) can chili
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, chopped
• 2 cups pre-shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins

1. Preheat broiler to high. Line a large (11×17) baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Arrange half of the tortilla chips in one layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with half of the chili and cream cheese; top with half of the shredded cheese.
3. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
4. Broil about 4 inches from the heat source for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese and brown the top layer slightly.
