Chicken with pickle sauce recipe details
Ingredients
6 | chicken breasts |
300 ml | double cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
120 ml | chicken broth |
50 g | cornichon (dill pickle), cut into thin strips |
1 ½ tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 ½ tbsp | fresh tarragon, chopped |
1 ½ tbsp | fresh parsly, chopped |
1 tsp | fresh chives, chopped |
Instructions
Boil cream until thickened, about 20 minutes.Sauté chicken in butter for 3-4 minutes per side, remove and keep warm.
Add chicken broth to skillet and boil until reduced a little. Add pickles, cream and mustard and reheat without bringing to a boil.
Add tarragon, parsley and chives, return chicken to the pan and heat through. Serve.
