Chicken with Mangetout recipe

Ingredients
2 | chicken breasts |
300 g | Haricot beans, drained and rinsed |
1 large can(s) | cider |
200 g | mangetout, trimmed |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
tomato puree | |
olive oil | |
60 g | butter, melted |
Instructions
Heat a small oven proof dish with a tablespoon of olive oil and half a teaspoon of garlic puree. Cook chicken breasts until slightly browned.
Take off the heat set chicken aside. Add the haricot beans and cooking juices to an oven proof dish and add enough cider to cover the beans. Add about a teaspoon of tomato puree. Put in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
Melt some butter with some garlic puree in a pan, add mangetout and cook for 3-5 mintutes.
To serve arrange first the beans on a plate and place chicken breasts in the middle. Place the mangetout on top of the chicken.
